Global Swarming
Gerard Sarnat

No longer juvenescent,

Sapiens are but short parentheses

Dotting Earth's geology.

Next time winds and tides decide

They are raging to erupt,

After other inevitables gum up

Her teeming surface,

You unseen unknowns below

Likely will replace us.
